AlphaGraphics will have staff at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott where you can pick up your poster beginning on Sunday, March 20, 2016.   We will have staff on-site daily throughout the conference for help with placing orders and picking up posters (see Poster Pick-Up Counter for hours).

Easy, Secure Ordering & File Upload

Upload your print ready PDF to our order site, fill in the contact information and check out using a credit card on our secure website. We will output your order and have it ready for you at the Poster Pick-Up Counter located on the first floor of the hotel.

File Preparation

File Type:

In order to ensure maximum quality and exact reproduction of the poster you create, we prefer print ready PDF files.

If for some reason, you cannot send us print ready PDF files, please note that there may be a file intervention fee. These fees depend on the time required for us to convert and adjust your files to the PDF format and may delay your printing.

Page Size:

Maximum printed poster size is 44" x 44"
(112 cm x 112 cm)

Posters smaller than 44"x44" will be printed at the size submitted

During creation of your poster or the PDF conversion, your maximum page size should be set to 44" x 44" (112 cm x 112 cm).

File Quality:

300 dpi (minimum) - Output your file at a minimum resolution of "300 dpi" in order to maintain sharp text, lines and keep the quality of your images.


You can order your poster or other printed material at any time.  Pre-orders for the Tuesday session will be ready at the hotel on Sunday March 20, 2016.

On-Site Orders & Last Minute Orders:

Posters and other printed materials may be ordered on-site at the Poster Pick-Up Counter.  Please bring your print ready files by and we'll submit them for printing for you.

We know rush orders happen -Sometimes we can't avoid last minute orders and typically we can handle them without missing a beat!  If you have a last minute order, please bring your print ready files to the Poster Pick-Up Counter (during business hours) or submit them online after hours.


AlphaGraphics Poster Pick-Up Counter is located on the 1st floor of the Waterway Marriott Hotel - outside the poster/exhibit hall

  • Tuesday pre-oder posters placed by March 18, 2016 will be available for pick-up starting Sunday - March 20, 2016

  • Thursday posters will be available for pick-up starting at 8 a.m. Wednesday - March 23, 2016

The Poster Pick-Up Counter will be staffed starting Sunday March 20th, through Thursday March 24, 2016.   Hours will be posted at the Poster Pick-Up Counter.




Step By Step Ordering

  • Click the "Order Now" button

  • Upload your print ready poster file or other documents you need printed to AlphaGraphics The Woodlands file upload site. After you upload your file, you will receive an email notification indicating that the file was received by our store.

  • Be sure to fill in the date of your presentation, we want to be sure we have your poster On-site when you need it!
  • Create a login using your email account, this ensures that we can communicate with you if there are any questions or concerns regarding your order.

  • Pay for your poster with a credit card through our secure PayPal-based payment system. Note: you do not need a PayPal account to use it; all major credit cards work with this system.

  • Once printed and ready, you will receive an email letting you know that your poster is waiting for you at the Poster Pick-Up Counter.
